About Me

My photo
Jennifer
I am a Registered Dietitian by trade. I've always enjoyed writing, but never really pursued it in any formal manner. I'm hoping to take my passion for nutrition and health and combine it with writing to evoke thoughts of change for a healthier life. Or maybe just elicit a chuckle over the newest (?craziest) nutrition trend. I'm not sure what this blog will bring. Stay tuned; we'll both find out! PLEASE NOTE. Although I am a Registered Dietitian, I do not know your specific medical background. It is always a good idea to talk to your primary care physician/medical team about any lifestyle changes you are considering. These are my own thoughts and opinions. I have no affiliations with any organizations or companies!
